Cocomo Dutch Bros Recipe (Copycat)

An absolute favorite, at last we have a homemade version of the Cocomo Dutch Bros recipe for you to try for yourself!

A perfect combination of coconut, espresso coffee, and chocolate milk which can be served hot, iced, or blended.

If you’re a fan of chocolate and coconut, then this is a must-try drink for you!

The Cocomo is similar to a traditional mocha coffee with the addition of distinctive sweet coconut. To add an extra layer of coconut flavoring, you can also add a splash of coconut milk into the drink, or for a more chocolatey effect drizzle chocolate syrup into your glass!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz espresso, freshly brewed
  • 1 oz coconut syrup
  • 1 cup chocolate milk
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Freshly brew the espresso coffee into a cup then add the coconut syrup to dissolve.
  2. Place the chocolate milk into a separate cup and microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Then use a handheld milk frother to foam the milk.
  4. Pour the coffee and coconut mixture into the chocolate milk, and stir together.
  5. Top the Cocomo with whipped cream and serve.
  6. You can serve hot or add ice to serve chilled.
