  • ¼ cup espresso coffee
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp raspberry syrup
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 drops red food colouring
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Into a blender add the espresso coffee, milk, raspberry syrup, one tablespoon of dark chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, red food colouring and ice cubes.
  2. Set the blender to high and blend for 1 minute until smooth.
  3. Pour the red velvet frappuccino into a tall glass.
  4. Top the drink with whipped cream then drizzle over the remaining dark chocolate syrup.
