- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 oz espresso
- 1 tbsp whipped cream
Instructions
- Place the vanilla ice cream and espresso coffee into a blender.
- Set the blender to high and blitz for 1 minute until the mixture is smooth.
- At this stage you may add one tablespoon of your preferred syrup such as caramel, vanilla, hazelnut, cinnamon, mocha or even gingerbread.
- Pour the blended coffee ice cream into a tall glass then top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
