Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 oz dark chocolate (Mexican)
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 oz mozzarella cheese, diced

Instructions

  1. Place a saucepan on low heat then add the milk and water.
  2. Heat the liquid until steaming then remove it from the heat.
  3. Whisk the dark chocolate and ground cinnamon into the pan, and continue to whisk until melted.
  4. Transfer the hot chocolate mixture into a blender and blitz for 1 minute until foamy.
  5. Place the diced mozzarella into the bottom of a mug then pour in the Colombian hot chocolate and serve.
