Ingredients

  • 2 black tea bags
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup milk, warm
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Place a saucepan on medium heat then add the sliced ginger and water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil then reduce it to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Then remove the pan from the heat and add the black tea bags.
  4. Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes to infuse then remove the tea bags and ginger.
  5. Then stir milk and condensed milk into the saucepan to warm through.
  6. Pour the ginger-infused milk tea into a cup and serve.
