Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • ¼ cup strawberries, frozen
  • ¼ cup blueberries, frozen
  • ½ banana, thickly sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup orange sherbert / orange juice
  • 1 cup apple juice

Instructions

  1. Into a blender add the raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, banana, orange sherbert and apple juice.
  2. Set the blender to LOW and blitz for 10 seconds, then increase the speed and continue to blend until smooth. The frozen fruits chill and thicken the smoothie, fresh can be used instead and served with ice.
