Our Thai Bubble Tea recipe is a deliciously sweet drink filled with chewy tapioca pearls.

This recipe is a combination of Thai Iced Tea with Taiwanese Bubble Tea to form a refreshingly fun beverage.

Quick-cooking tapioca pearls are used within this recipe to speed up the process, if using standard tapioca pearls then follow the same guidelines and cook for 35 minutes.

If tapioca pearls are unavailable then simply leave them out of the recipe and you will still have a sweet and satisfying Thai Iced Tea.

Also known as Boba the black tapioca pearls can be added to other drinks such as iced coffee, tea, or fruit juices.

Kids especially love enjoying the chewy and gelatinous tapioca pearls within the drink, slurped up through a large straw, or scooped out using a spoon.
