- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar

- Into a blender add the guava, water, and sugar, blitz on a low speed until smooth. A low speed prevents the juice from becoming hot and the speeds bursting.
- Pour the guava juice through a strainer to remove the seeds and create a smooth juice.
