  • 1 tsp dried chrysanthemum flowers
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Place the dried chrysanthemum flowers in a bowl and cover with cold water.
  2. Rehydrate the flowers for one minute and separate, strain the flowers and set aside.
  3. Place a saucepan on medium heat and add two cups of water.
  4. Bring the water to a boil then add the chrysanthemum flowers, reduce the liquid to a simmer and cover with a lid.
  5. Simmer the chrysanthemum flowers for 15 minutes.
  6. Pour the tea into a mug through a strainer.
  7. Stir the honey into the warm tea and serve.
