  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon pumpkin/hemp seeds (for garnishing) (optional)

Instructions

  • Add in the yogurt, coconut milk, maple syrup, & ice cubes.
  • Blend into a smooth creamy texture.

Lastly, pour into glasses and serve topped with pumpkin/hemp seeds.

Notes

  • Coconut/almond milk gives this sweet ripe-jackfruit smoothie recipe a thick & rich texture. For a lighter consistency, you may use water.
  • Besides maple syrup, you may use honey or stevia as a healthy sweetener.
  • Those who find the jackfruit fragrance a bit intense can add 1-2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract.
  • If you are new at cutting fresh ripe jackfruit, you’ll need a pair of gloves and some oil to handle the pokey tough skin & sticky flesh respectively.
