Learn how to make Taiwanese Milk Tea by following these steps:

Ingredients

  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1 cup water, boiling
  • 2 tbsp creamer
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Into a cup add the black tea bags then pour over the hot water, allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Take a cocktail shaker then add the creamer and half a cup of ice cubes.
  3. Discard the tea bags from the cup and stir in the cane sugar to dissolve.
  4. Next pour the warm tea into the cocktail shaker and cover with the lid.
  5. Shake the milk tea vigorously for 30 seconds.
  6. Then add the remaining ice cubes into a glass and pour in the smooth, aerated Taiwanese milk tea.
