- 1 cup water, boiling
- 2 tbsp creamer
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Into a cup add the black tea bags then pour over the hot water, allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes.
- Take a cocktail shaker then add the creamer and half a cup of ice cubes.
- Discard the tea bags from the cup and stir in the cane sugar to dissolve.
- Next pour the warm tea into the cocktail shaker and cover with the lid.
- Shake the milk tea vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Then add the remaining ice cubes into a glass and pour in the smooth, aerated Taiwanese milk tea.
