Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teabag
- 3 sprig mint
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 slice lemon
- ice, to serve
Instructions
- Place a small saucepan on high heat and add the water. Bring the water to a boil then remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Into the saucepan add the tea bag, mint, and sugar.
- Stir to combine then allow to steep for 15 minutes.
- Pour the tea into a pitcher and refrigerate until cooled.
- Remove the pitcher from the fridge and mix in the pineapple juice and ground cinnamon.
- Into a tall glass add ice and pour over the plantation iced tea, garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
