Grapefruit Juice Recipe with Apples and Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 apple (any variety)
- 3 carrot
Instructions
- Peel the grapefruit and carrot then discard the skin, slice the apple and remove the core.
- Then into a juicer add the grapefruit, apple and carrot, alternatively use a blender and blitz until the grapefruit juice becomes smooth.
- Pour the grapefruit juice through a strainer to remove any pulp.
- Serve the grapefruit juice chilled as a refreshing way to start the day.
