The energy bowl is bursting with fresh fruit, granola, natural sweetener, and of course acai.
Acai bowls can be personalized using your favorite fruits and nuts used within the dish to form the perfect breakfast.

Ingredients
Smoothie
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup acai puree
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup strawberries
- 1 banana, sliced
Toppings
- ½ cup granola
- 1 banana, sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp honey
- (optional) 1 kiwi
Instructions
- Into a blender add the smoothie ingredients; Greek yoghurt, acai puree, blueberries, strawberries and banana.
- Set the blender on high and blitz until smooth then pour the acai smoothie into a bowl.
- Top the acai bowl with granola, sliced banana, blueberries and strawberries (or any of your preferred fruits).
- Finish by garnishing with pumpkin seeds, desiccated coconut and honey.
- Serve the Jamba Juice inspired acai bowl.
Notes
- (optional) You can also add some kiwis slices for extra vitamins and a nice splash of color!
