Hokkaido Milk Tea

The Hokkaido region is famous for its superior milk quality which is one of the signature elements within this tea.

Generally, tea’s are infused in water then the milk is added, whereas this recipe has a base of milk which creates a rich and luxurious drink.

Replicate the popular Hokkaido Milk tea in the comfort of your own home using everyday ingredients then serve hot or cold.

Teabags can be used instead of loose tea leaves however their flavor is less rich and aromatic.
