Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Place a small saucepan on medium heat and pour in the water.
- Bring the water to a boil and add the bay leaves.
- Reduce the water to a simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan of bay leaf tea from the heat and allow to infuse for a further 10 minutes.
- Strain the bay leaves out of the tea then add milk and honey for extra sweetness.
