Our almond milk tea recipe uses a blender to bring the ingredients together into a chilled milk tea but can also be made by stirring the ingredients vigorously until mixed.

- 2 black tea bags
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 2 ice cubes
- Boil a kettle of water then pour ½ cup of boiling water into a cup. To the cup of boiling water add the black tea and infuse for 5 minutes.
- Then remove the tea bags and discard, place the black tea in the refrigerator to cool.
- Into a blender add the cooled tea, brown sugar, almond milk, almond extract.
- Pour the almond milk tea into a glass with ice and serve. Taste and stir in additional sugar if required.
