A homemade version of the Applebee’s White Peach Sangria recipe with fresh fruit, peach schnapps, and white zinfandel.
For a truly authentic refreshment use Sutter Home White Zinfandel which is the brand of choice for Applebee’s themselves, otherwise use any white zinfandel for an equally delicious drink.
This sangria has it all, a hint of alcohol, sweetness for fresh fruit, and a little fizz of sprite, try it for yourself with our recipe.

Ingredients
- 3 oz white zinfandel
- 2 oz peach schnapps
- 2 oz sprite
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 slice lime
- 1 slice lemon
- ⅛ orange
- 1 cherry
- ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes then add the sliced lime, lemon, orange wedge and cherry.
- Pour the white zinfandel, peach schnapps, sprite and pineapple juice over the ice.
- Use a spoon or cocktail stirrer to mix the sangria.
- The sangria can be made ahead and refrigerated to allow the flavours to come together or served straight away.
