Ingredients
- 2 black tea bags
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup milk, warm
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
Instructions
- Place a saucepan on medium heat then add the sliced ginger and water.
- Bring the water to a boil then reduce it to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then remove the pan from the heat and add the black tea bags.
- Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes to infuse then remove the tea bags and ginger.
- Then stir milk and condensed milk into the saucepan to warm through.
- Pour the ginger-infused milk tea into a cup and serve.
