  • 3 guava
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Rinse the guava in cold water, scrub off any dirt which is on the fruit.
  2. Slice both ends of the guava and discard, then roughly chop the fruit. 
  3. Into a blender add the guava, water, and sugar, blitz on a low speed until smooth. A low speed prevents the juice from becoming hot and the speeds bursting. 
  4. Pour the guava juice through a strainer to remove the seeds and create a smooth juice. 
  5. Serve the guava juice in a tall glass with a few ice cubes.
