Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, frozen
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup kiwi apple juice blend
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ½ cup milk (or milk substitute)
- ice cubes, to serve
Instructions
- Place the strawberries onto a tray and freeze for at least 1 hour, the frozen fruit both chills and thickens the smoothie.
- Into a blender add the frozen strawberries, pineapple, kiwi apple juice blend, brown sugar and milk.
- Set the blender to high and blitz until the smoothie is smooth.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes then pour in the pineapple surf smoothie and serve.
