Ingredients
- 1 tea bag (such as Ceylon, earl grey or English breakfast)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- ice, to serve (optional)
Instructions
- Pour water into a kettle and bring to a boil. While the water is boiling, place the tea bag into a serving cup.
- Once boiled, pour half of a cup of boiling water into the serving cup and allow the tea to infuse for 1 minute. Remove the teabag and discard it.
- Then add the condensed milk and honey, stir to combine, and taste for sweetness.
- (Optional) add a few ice cubes to the tea to create a refreshingly sweet iced drink.
